The most reliable boat is the one paddled by hand. Although the kids get tired and need to take a break every 30 min 🤣. You got some good advice bud to keep them from paddling.

I always flush through with fresh water every time I take my boat out

One more thing, well two… One if you have the non-ethanol flavor of fuel sold around you, run on that. Second replace your impeller at least once every two seasons Cheap insurance..
