That is an incorrect conclusion. There are different types of background art for music, this one is in the "handmade meme" category, which is usually used in songs of great value, though sometimes a part of that value is achieved through the funny factor. Not to be confused with "normal meme" or "photoshoped meme". The latter is usually used for shitpost music, while the former is used for low effort ones(there is a difference)
