Terraria Calamity - "Guardian of the Former Seas" Piano Arrangement

Who says boss themes can't be upbeat? I remember first hearing this track and thinking it was so cool (and it still is), so this song has always had kind of a nostalgic feel to me from when I first started playing Calamity. I also mixed in a bit of the Aquatic Scourge's theme in there as well, just because they're so similar. I hope you like it!

This whole thing is the desert scourge theme

The aquatic scourge theme is pretty much the same as the desert scourge theme as it was very heavily based off of it, to the point where it is pretty much a remix of the desert scourge theme. The main difference is a slight difference in a way the melodies are ordered and the biggest difference is the instruments used.

This video, as well as the song it's based on, has convinced me to listen through Terraria Calamity's OST. It's quite a treat so far despite electro music not being quite my thing. Sometimes if I'm not a huge fan of an original song (which don't get me wrong, isn't too often), I still find your covers of it beautiful.

I wouldn’t quite call it electro… it’s kind of it’s own thing to me, sure it has it’s digitized sounds, but I also tend to adore the guitar that they feature in the songs, it’s kind of like metal with some electro elements, in some songs electro is the dominant genre, sure, but I don’t know , it’s, different, it’s own thing

The player is old and retired from adventure and One day one a walk he find a piece of what look like remains of the Desert Scourge's scale. All the memories flows in and he buries the remains and just sits there for a while.

@@inshrektorgadget1546 I'm not really sure how I achieve it, I don't really do a lot to the audio- The main thing I did in this particular video was just reverb for a little more stereo width and that's about it. Maybe the piano I use is naturally a bit softer than many others? I'm glad you like it though
