ngl not being familiar with the inputs I had no idea how to do what you were explaining, I'd like to get into this game with all the hype behind it especially since there is a tenkaichi 4 mod out there, I've read through the in game tutorials but anytime I get into a match I literally forget everything so I resort to button spamming and getting my ass kicked or the combat ends up being totally dull since I can only remember to button mash attack or use my L2 special attacks and that's it, my goldfish memory aggravates the shit out of me lol

On the "Realign Defense" I don't understand how I can do these turn-around blocks and grab-blocks. How do I do these two? I use GC Controller btw.

Like the text says, it's done by turning yourself around by holding a direction. After that you just try defend appropriately.

do you mean the series of ki blasts or how I went back into my rush attacks?

@@creatful_chaos With the series of ki blasts and then proceed to do normal attacks on Omega Shenron and the same you do with Piccolo on 3:10

@@DeviLUCKY777 you just have to exit the melee zone while doing the ki blast (not all characters have the same sequence for this) and then you dash back to them, descend and continue the combo.

Thanks bro, i've been playing this game for YEARS, and i learned almost everything i know playing on my own. i thought some of these techniques were common knowledge, but i didn't know the other ones were even possible, that Dash Cancel really blew my mind! Very useful info, but i have a question: Do you know what is the frame window to do a Z Counter? like, do you have to do a Z Counter the EXACT FRAME you recieve damage or can you do one like 5 frames before they hit you? thanks, nice video!

glad you could learn something from it, and yes Z Counter is the exact frame a physical move hits you, which is a 1 frame window. I covered in my other guide.

I'm trying to learn BT3 but is it normal for the AI to be able to guard in the middle of a rush attack? Sometimes I'll start a fresh rush attack and the AI will just randomly guard or vanish in the middle of it. I can't tell if that's by design or a problem with my emulator. Edit: Okay, I don't get this at all. Sometimes I can do a full rush combo, sometimes the AI will guard on the second hit. Sometimes I can get a step in attack, sometimes the AI will guard it. Sometimes I can get a follow-up, other times the AI will just vanish. Nothing makes any sense.

Those rushes are unsafe, when you do a step in during a rush it becomes a 50/50 between a sweep or a high attach
