@@LifestyleCCLand 這也是以前一個山友教的!他說據說17世紀時當時的征服者登陸南美發現原住民會把一種果實搗碎放在鍋裡煮成黑乎乎的苦水!喝下去以後會提神醒腦身體也溫暖了!而這果實究其實就是現今的咖啡?!因此我才會把這種很類似的作法稱為瑪雅式 並不一定就是正確的名稱!
