I have 2 but 1 does not turn off. They stay on, like 5 lights. How can i do a reset?

What color/mode does it start up with? Does it remember the last setting or does it have a default start up color/mode?

Fresh out of the box they are on the white mode and then after you select a mode even if they turn on or off they stay on the mode you chose until you choose another color combo it does remember the last combo which is so nice

Is the area you decorate a separate apartment in your parents house? You always decorate very nicely.

So I’m an only child and what we did was split the house right down the center! I live on one side they live on the other!

I have 3 of them connected but one isn’t turning on and I’ve seemed to misplace 2 of the remotes any suggestions?

Call the company they’re guaranteed For life! They send you a new set I had that happen out of the blue. The remotes are universal though

Can these lights work if I don't have the remote control?

You get a remote with each set and they’re universal! so if you have multiple remotes and one remote stops working you can use another or you can buy replacement remotes. They do make a WiFi version of these lights that you download an app and can control them from your smartphone but they are almost double the price
