Great video David,very informative.We are Mr & Mrs Dawson who bought the exact tent on the 11 May 2022. May I just say that David went well beyond looking after us yesterday with the extensive advise and knowledge he shared with us. It was our first visit to the shop and we were very impressed with the selection and stock they have. Please don’t hesitate to visit the team at Outdoor World Direct,best advise and customer care we have had from any of the main camping shop companies.Will deffo be back for more equipment and supplies in the future.This company needs more local advertising for sure…keep up the good work😀

I bought the 6.0. I'm so frustrated. How do I keep the in once I've inflated the tent? I thought it would automatically cap and keep the air in once inflated.pleaee help!

sounds like you have the valve set on open when you attach the pump. Then when you inflate the beam, and remove the pump all the air comes out the tube? Before inflating each beam, make sure you push the white button so it comes outwards. This will close the valve - then you attach the pump and inflate the beam. When you twist the pump off the valve, it will then be closed and no air will escape.
