After having one in the past were it was well performed and now maybe the lack of product quality or company testing. I revues a brand new pair and didn’t work at all. Tried customer service or tech support from a tech chip Armando and all he was able to do was refer me to their basic template reply of what to do. I email them and asked them to call me so I can walk them thru the existing problems and they still did not call. Seems that they don’t care about customer service and would highly recommend to purchase a different company headset. I had faith years ago but it’s been going down hill and they don’t try to help a customer to get another headset. If they would have called we would probably made a plan and had a replacement in route with a week out. Lazy and disloyal customer service.
