Hey Gordon. I've lived the last 40 of my 63 years in Colorado. For 20 years I did all the outdoor adventures you can imagine in this beautiful state - and in other states and countries. 20 years ago my back gave out and I ended up having a multi-level spinal fusion surgery. So my adventures have been more limited for some time. When you and Daren were talking about sore knees and bulging disks I said out loud to my screen, "Listen to your body. Don't be a hero." When your body says stop, then stop. You did the right thing. Thanks for sharing your journey and stay safe.
