I live on the gulf coast. On the water, run my own crab traps, buy my shrimp off the boat from shrimpers I know. I gather my own oysters. We have some seafood feasts beyound the compare. One of my favorite sayings to my friends is"what do rich people eat"? This video right here explains it. None of us are a chef like this guy. If we could only get him to cook what we catch.

What would that knife bag with all the knifes and utensils you keep in your bag cost? Last year I discovered wet stones and have been using on my cheap Walmart knifes fairly successfully but if I'm going to spend real money on chef grade utensils I'd need some guidance. Maybe do a vid on what you use and why?
