Technically fish isn’t meat! Fish is completely different from mammal or chicken/ turkey meat that’s why it can be eaten raw which I won’t do unless it’s a extreme survival situation. I’ve had sushi I don’t like the flavor or texture raw that’s my preference just like I’ve never had caviar or similar but that’s because I’ve never had the opportunity for salmon eggs

This sounds a little nit picky but whatever that machine in the background was during the carbonara cooking, that can be removed with an AI noise suppression or simple EQ. I usually like the background / environmental noises but holy shit that one was annoying lol.

sort of looked like a fuel issue starving of fuel so you pump the primer. Just a thought and Im sure you doe it but did you break the breather on tote tank? If the tank sucked in like a vacuum then theres a problem-cheers

An experienced chef will always taste the food as he goes along. Don’t listen to the haters. Love your videos, it helps me strive to be a better fisherman/hunter/forager, even as I fight this illness. Thank you for your passion and sharing it with the world.

Awesome video! Loved the mixed crowd, especially having you, Adam and Ish there, all SFO fishermen I like. Maybe have each of them introduce their own channels since you have more subs? Anyway, great editing, filming and work on this one, Thank You!

If someone is complaining about eating before it's done, they're not a real cook. How the heck are you supposed to know what it needs if you don't taste it? And, it's the chef's perk to get to nibble while cooking!

25:15 I think "leaving it better than you found it" also applies to not littering on the land directly in front of your rental. Biodegradable materials that are not naturally found there are STILL litter.

Wow Taku you threw that rockfish back like a true so uncaring and completely disconnected from the nature and environment in which you take from, and dare I say like a true Japanese......you come from a culture that is continuing to rape our oceans without disregard for how it is taken or the fact that they have to share. Try to be more considerate and respectful. Try to put the fish back more gently and make sure he can breath first by holding him by the tail and giggling him a bit to get the water flowing through his gills.......Also in the way you held him upside down by his jaw.......how would it feel to you if some GIANT held you like that????? THINK. LEARN. GROW.

Mmm.. I was salivating for those spotted prawns. Here in SoCal we get the Santa Barbara spotted prawns in the summer but they cost like $5-$6 per prawn. So expensive. Wanted to ask if all fish have parasite and need to be frozen for sashimi?
@kendramiddletonwilliams2 күн бұрын
You know your reach is growing when you have some negative comments. Anyone who actually cooks knows that you have to taste the food as you go. You need to know if the seasoning is correct or needs adjusting. That carbonara looks phenomenal.
