It is touching watching Hunter grow into these videos. He is interacting with this community in his special way. Do not stop making these videos it is huge for everyone and especially Hunter. My nephew has Autism and I started taking him to football games but we were able to separate from the crowds 16 years later he is able to go to a college football game with 59k Fans fireworks going off etc and he is fine Baby steps with my nephew and it is so wonderful to enjoy going to sporting events with him. The Morgan family is awesome

After 40 yrs in the metal working industry as a welder, machinist and tool and die maker. I worked almost exclusively with metal. Now that I'm retired I really miss the challenges. But watching you do all the various types of things you and Mellisa do, I'm jealous. I watch every one of your videos with great joy. The only drawback is how much I wish I was there to help. Love what you do and how you work together. Keep on keeping on, and thanks from Phenix City, Alabama.

Need to put a small porch on front of a !0' x 18' storage building (Ham shack/ Dog house) here with a pitched roof towards the front. Will need some type of ramp on front and 2 sides for our Chinese Pug (Miss Pugsley) to get up and into the building as she is developing a hip joint disorder common to her breed. Watching her stumble and partial drag her hind legs breaks our hearts to have to see. Building is heated in Winter and have an improvised doggy door at one side of front for the two dogs that stay outside here to go in and out of each night. A porch would provide extra rain runoff and a place for them to lay around on during the daytime. You've given me some type of a game plan to go with, Mike. As always, we KZbinrs like/love watching you and yours in your daily routine! May God Bless You Always! #BeKind #StaySafe #StayHumble #outdoorgans

Hey Mike, looking good on the huntin blind, just a suggestion. Absolutely your call on the "how to"; but I'd suggest you unscrew that upper and put it over to the other side angling your roof towards the door running your rafters on out over the porch to provide you a roof over the door and porch to keep rain out of doorway and porch clean & clear of snow and ice. Just box-in the rafter end over the porch with a little extra bracing to keep warping down - maybe with a 2x4 run up off your porch post tgat your going to run your railing with... You'd really only need to do a few rafters like that just over the porch area that long, the rest you can cut back with a little over hang... Hope it's worth a thought.👍

You must know what great role models for family you both are. I'm a retired Speech Therapist and I'm so impressed with the manner in which you treat Hunter! You both see him as your beloved son who is a delight. I know it sounds corny, but you have done a wonderful job of including him in your videos and enjoying his laughter. he may be non-verbal, but his smile says it all. Keep up the good work, and keep smiling...I LOVE it!! I also enjoy watching you both work, but at my age your both are tiring my out!!!

My wife kim and I are both 1970 vintage and I couldn't agree more about the 80's hair ! And girls in the original Levi's Jean's! Miss them both ! Lol. Would love to see a pic of Melissa's 80's big hair ! And Mike I'd b very surprised if someone else hasn't mentioned trying GRK screws. They have Torx bit head. No slipping. No stripping. And almost no pressure applied through the drill to get them in. That's all I use now. Give em a try if u haven't already.

Good morning Morgans, Mick from big island here, love this one, being a builder it's a thrill to see Missy working with you Mike and by the way hugh points for calling her Missy. Mike a few thoughts for you. Drop the top of floor level of bunk loft down below top plates, build this first, that way you can stand up there safely to set rafters. CS20 strap crisscross on top of rafters will keep it from twisting under snow load. Your stairs have too many treads. Need to step down once off top landing, easy fix, your hand rails will work out easier. Hurricane straps both ends of rafters would be a great idea, good job for Eva..... love the channel

Mike, get one of those screw holding bit holders for your impact driver. Works great on those long screws. It has a sliding sleeve that goes over the screw and retracts as the screw goes in. It is a great help to me and keeps me from hurting my hand. Also frees up one hand to hold on when you need to. You can get them in different sizes depending on the screw length you are using.
