As I see it Mike, our government has lost it’s path with regards to its original intentions and responsibilities. I believe our government was formed to be of benefit to the people of this country. They are supposed to consider policies and laws that benefit THIS country and the people who put them in office. It has morphed into an organization that works superficially for those reasons, but it now seems to be used for the benefit of the politicians themselves. They strive to support policies, programs, laws, and relationships which they attempt to quantify as good for the country as a whole, but in reality, the benefits are aimed at themselves to benefit both financially and for the retention of the power and the long term benefits that come with holding office. What we desperately need is term limits instituted across the board in our federal and state governmental bodies. This policy would help determine who is doing a good job and who is not. In all reality our governmental structure needs a complete reset.

I’ve always liked the term meadow, and I’ve always liked the feeling of walking in to the clearing that is a meadow, so I like when you refer to it that way. But as to the building, I think you ought to call it The Hunt Club. If Hunter is comfortable out there in a gathering of people, then it’s a good place, and I think he would like that name. And alternative would be Hunter’s Lodge or The Hunt Lodge. Merry Christmas!
