Awesome tour of the area. That grilled ham and looked delicious! Seeing the wooden boats was pretty awesome. Quite a bit of craftmanship there. Those screw piles were super interesting to me. I have a construction background and it is pretty amazing to see the way they supported and anchored these types of structures. Well done on your video. Have a wonderful day.

I would love to visit the Outer Banks someday! Such a beautiful harbour area. Love the boats in the marina. So many cute shops. Nice there’s a playground for kids! Mmm grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. Sometimes simple is just nice. Nice to can overlook the water. I had never heard of Shad before, how neat! Cool you can still see the shad boats on the water sometimes. Neat that it’s both a museum and a working boat shop! Cool to learn about the lighthouses too. Awesome video as always! This is a great tour of the Manteo Waterfront. Beautiful area! Sandwich shop looked like it would be perfect to grab a quick bite. Really liked the lighthouse. It had a certain charm to it. I had not heard of a river lighthouse before. Wonderful video!

This is such a charming area! This looks like a really nice beach town with a relaxing vibe. I loved the shopping area, the tavern and the sandwich shop. The Angry Burger, Lump Meat Crab Cake and the Cuban Reuben all sound really good. I think Ginger and I would get all 3 and share. That's the best ham and cheese I think I've ever seen. The museum and lighthouse were very interesting to learn about as well. Fantastic video, and I appreciate learning about another awesome place!

We enjoyed your visit to Manteo area, Jack and Alice. I think we'd also enjoy staying at The Tranquil House Inn. With a name like that who could resist? Looks lovely too! We enjoy "Retail Therapy," but not the therapist bill when it come's due. Maybe we need to look better at a new Supplemental plan? Lunch looked wonderful and we enjoyed the museum and small lighthouse tour. I can see why the thumbnail did well! Thanks for bringing us along.

Thank you for taking us with you to Manteo!! When we go to the island, we always take the dolphin cruise and when we are done we go to Poor Richard's for lunch. Those cookies rock!! The last time, we did take the walking tour and it was absolutely one of my favorite things to do. I learned so much from that tour. Highly recommended. 😊 can't wait to see where ender you take us!!

Awesome place. I guess they bounce back pretty quickly from hurricane's. Poor Richards looks like an interesting place to eat. Your lunch looked good, my choice as well. Does it get humid there. We just spent 6 months in Thailand. We have a home there as well. You can see our renovation videos if interested, Can you imagine 999 chad in one day on those little boats. Stayed in Nags Head and made a few trips to Manteo and really enjoyed it. Great place for a nice walk while my wife and daughter visited the shops. Had a nice lunch at Poor Richards and sat outside on the water. Very short drive from Nags Head and definitely worth it
