That little church looks amazing, when I saw you, Ellie sitting in there, it made me start thinking of all the generations over the years that have come to worship there. That beach looked wonderful, the doggies 🐕 🐕🐕 really enjoyed it. I bet that water was cold, Ellie 😂 Looking forward to the next episode 👍🐸

Hi Kermit. There really was a sense of history in that church and all the prayers that have been said over the centuries. The water was jolly cold! Jazz had the right idea. Run like crazy! thanks for watching and enjoy the rest of your weekend. ❤️😊👍🚐

Very very beautiful. The coastline is just so spectacular! And that wonderful little Church out on its own in those wild fields. Sometimes a place can get to you. Whether it be a building or a natural setting. I always find a Church, however big or however small is a place to just sit and reflect and clear your mind. For me, a little mere near us, is my place to just sit and watch the world, Sunrises, nature and just total natural beauty. That beach is amazing - I have to say Lewis is a stunner!!

I love a Celtic Cross and the church looked very simple but a pretty stained glass window. What a lovely beach cove, so pretty and the sea was a beautiful colour. All to yourselves too, just wonderful. Think we'd have stayed there as long as it wasn't too windy.

Off grid is so easy there Janet. We tend to go out of season so it was perfect. If you want sites there are plenty but best to book first. Many sites close for out of season. The beaches are to die for. Often we were the only ones there. What Campervan do you have? Sorry I’m quite nosy 🤣

Another great video, I subscribed awhile ago, always look forward to watching them. I'm new to campervans and thinking of buying a (CV40 - 2024 with solar panel) but my worries are I hear a lot that one needs to charge the vehicle battery every one-two weeks, if not using the van, i.e. If it's on the driveway in winter more than a week - hookl it up - is this right? As if I go wild camping and get where ever and planning to stay for more than a week will I need to move i.e drive for 30 mins and return to charge the vehicle battery? Looking forward to the next episode...
@Wizardinthewild9 ай бұрын
Hi Kevin. Thank you for watching. How exciting that you are planning on maybe buying a CV40. We love ours. Re the vehicle battery, we trickle charge the camper when not using it for a while by using a battery maintainer every 10 days for about a day each time. That keeps it topped up. To be honest we’ve never stopped in one place for a week without moving the van but would like to think it should be ok. Have you joined the CV Owners Facebook group? I bet there are owners who have stayed in one place for more than a week who can reassure you. Keep us posted about your plans 😊👍❤️🚐

Absolutely staggering scenery! This must have been an epic experience! Interested to know what camera and video editing software you use? We bought a GoPro Hero 11 last year and, sadly, it never came out of its case while we were away last year. What a mistake. It's now being put to good use and will be ready to record our forthcoming adventures. Getting to grips with Adobe Premier Pro is interesting too but getting there. Keep up the great work guys and stay safe!! Happy New Year too. Sid and Nicola, Rugby.

Lovely to hear from you Sid and Nicola. So pleased you enjoyed that vlog. Loving reviewing all the video clips as I’m editing the video. Brings it all back into focus what we did. I use the GoPro 11 most of the time now. If I need a second camera recording I use my old GoPro 7. Ellie uses her iPhone 15 which is recent but before that she used iPhone 12. On occasions I also use my iPhone which is the 12. For processing I use Filmora. It’s not without occasional issues but I’m sticking with it as I don’t have the time to learn something else. Look forward to seeing your videos 👍 thank you 🐶🐶🐶🧙♂️🚐🙏
