Can you make a video or someone tell me what is the difference between accuracy and effectiveness??? Like valentine decreases enemies priority, so to land this do i need more accuracy or effectiveness on her?

Heya! Sure so effectiveness is to land debuffs (things like enemy priority, burn, bleed etc). Accuracy is to not miss your attacks

​@@aceninegaming it depends how you increasing both effectiveness and accuracy and also depends on enemy how much ressistance they have. Generally you get effectiveness around 35% is enough and 50 + accuracy for valentine.
