For those who don’t go to games Brett stands by the wall and signs stuff and takes pics with fans it’s so nice. My wife and I have been fortunate enough to sit second row behind the on deck circle and Brett will interact and say hello. What a great guy.

Because the bullpen is exhausted and u dont want to use up all ur relievers in one game. U need save a few arms for the next game and u want to make sure those few arms u have are fresh and not exhausted otherwise they would have to make a move and call up a arm and thats why they are using a non pitcher to pitch

He did not throw a 1-2-3 inning. In the 8th, he got an out, gave up a hit, then got a double play. Sure, he only faced three batters, but that's not the definition of 1-2-3. BTW, his next inning was terrible: 2 walks, a double, and a grad slam for four runs before getting three outs.
