Glad the announcer at least had some compassion for the cat. The "cat herders" were worthless and just stressed the poor cat more. Hope it finds a good home or makes it back to the yard he got out of.

That poor kitty! She was petrified. The announcer obviously has a good heart ❤️ Please give an update on the kitty. Was she adopted by a forever family? May the Lord bless this kitty and all the other animals in need of a loving person to care for them. ❤️🙏✝️

I went to the stadium the next night and asked around, but no one knew what happened to the cat. Hopefully it's in good hands and someone will post an update.

I would pay for someone to adopt that cat and give it a retired Yankee name like Munson or Yogi

@@splitsevin how much do you think the Yankees would pay the cat? He’d make a great outfielder with its wall climbing.

Pray for the cat to find a good home maybe he'll end up in the same house with a black one and giant stadium

Given that it was on the 42nd anniversary of Thurman Munson's death, Munson might be a good name for it.

Cats are so agile and athletic; it’s amazing watching it. But, I did feel bad for it all stressed out and scared. The crowd seemed to like seeing the cat in distress knowing that they booed when it was set free. Reminds me of the gladiator spectators back in Ancient Rome. Savages are living among us.

A little food on a plate and you could lead that cat anywhere. Circling it only freaked it out more.

In GOT when Syrio was training Arya Stark in sword play, one of the lessons was to catch a cat. Not the easiest thing in the world to do. I have 2 and you have to trick them. Someone should definitely do a follow-up as to this cat's well-being and if it found a forever home. Although, it does look every well cared for, so maybe it got lost.
