I need to watch this episode twice before I understand everything and capture all the eye contacts and attentions. The Cristies are so complicated and interesting. Looking forward on the future episodes. P.s. I think the characters plays The Browns are doing great too. They are all so complicated and interesting.

After 2nd half of 1st Episode, you realize, maybe I should have paid closer attention to the characters in prison with Jaime. Lots of subtle messages/relationships that Outlander is very good at exploring.

J'ai adoré bien sûr. On a tant attendu de tous les revoir. Cette saison les très talentueux Mark Lewis et Alexander Vlahos ont rejoint le casting. Bien des ennuis en perspective pour nos chers héros ajoutés à l'inquiétant Richard Brown. Cet épisode pourtant plus long est passé à la vitesse grand V. Dommage de devoir attendre 8 jours pour voir la suite. Ça sabote cette magnifique série qui vraiment ne ressemble à aucune autre. Quant à notre couple emblématique que dire sinon qu'ils sont merveilleux comme toujours. 8 ans après toujours cette alchimie incroyable dans leurs gestes et leurs regards. ❤❤❤❤❤

After seeing the 1st episode I don't like it that Fergus has become a drunk I guess it was brought on by the attack on his wife and Claire getting kidnapped. Plus since Claire has developed ether she is using it to knock herself out so she doesn't have the nightmares. I hope nothing happens to her or Fergus😪

Remember: Jamie was incarcerated in Ardsmuir prison in season 3. And we find him talking with Murtagh who is sick and almost dying. Jamie asked médecine and blankets for his men in Ardsmuir. Lord John had to refuse but allowed the visit of a doctor to heal Murtagh. So, I just wondered where Murtagh was when I saw the first episode of season 6.

@@Douchkamuzuri Murtagh started the group that was against the English. The English Captain more or less forced Jamie to get a group together to hunt him down. When Jamie came across Murtaugh he couldn't kill him but another one of Jamies group shot him and he died. So no more Murtaugh and I'm disappointed that he was killed off I really liked Murtagh. By the way this was at the end of season five.

Yes, it doesn’t seem fair. They shouldn’t be allowed to do that, or at the very least, they can expand to more channels, but they should keep the original channel, after all, many of us have subscribed to the original channel. It doesn’t seem right, that they’ve done this.

I'm a bit ticked off at Starz, for not releasing all the episodes! I understand the business end of it, more subscribers who will keep their accounts open to watch but from the customer base, this is really a bit much! I want to be able to binge or not as I please. From the first episode of season 6, this was a good bridge from the climax of season 5 but I could have easily watched a few to get back into the swing and mood. It seems to leave too many story points open to questions and/or interpretations. Oh well, they have me now for the next few months or so.

Me too. Claire has gone through hell for 5 seasons. She is so flawed and strong at the same time, but this ticks me off because she's not one to just use drugs to "cope." Not even laudinum, which is liquid opium basically, or alcohol. Sooo, why does she need to abuse drugs now?? 🤷🤦

What happened? Last episode of season 5 ended different and this season 6 episode 1 it’s all crazy…. What happened? Why is he in prison? Where is his wife? Who are this prisoners? What did he do to be in prison where is his family? I have no idea what’s going on…. Can someone tell me what happened? Is it the wrong season? I just finished watching season 5 last episode and then this is not at all what’s supposed to continue….he was in his house with his family and wife and happy and now 🤔🤔👎👎👎🤔🤔
