Outlander. Season 7. Jamie & Claire. How Do I Live Without You?

Outlander, Season 7, is quickly approaching a mid-season finale, with the remaining 8 episodes scheduled for sometime next year. Episode 7 left us with heartbreak and mystery. I wanted to reflect on the lovely moments and extraordinary acting between Jamie and Claire, (Sam Heughan and Caitriona Balfe) during this past season. Episode 8 is sure to be incredible!

S7 is absolutely mesmerizing and Jamie and Claire's love has lost none of its magic and power despite the ever difficult times they have to go through. I know for myself that even if the very last scene fades out, I will always be a fan of this series and I will take the time then to read all of Diana's books that are so patiently waiting on my shelf for me take them in hand. 📚This story will never leave me and I don't think any other future series can hold a candle to Outlander. Such a touching video, released at just the right time as we have a double cliffhanger with Jamie lying on the ground unconscious and injured and young Jemmy abducted to points unknown by the evil Rob Cameron for the likely purpose of time travel to grab the cursed Jacobite lost gold. Both Claire and Brianna are dealing with terrible losses due to missing loved ones. This video gives such comfort to your sister fans. Hopefully S7E8 will tie up some of the loose ends. I feel sorriest for Brie at the moment, because Jemmy is a defenseless child who is not yet old enough to fight back, despite his many gifts with time travel abilities and his ability to read others remotely. Jamie at least has lived a good long life and had a chance to make a difference and to leave his mark on the world. Claire would be no less devastated at Jamie’s loss. Both women would be worried about finding and recovering young Jemmy alive. Claire would experience terrible pain about the potential loss of her grandson as well as about Jamie. Thanks for creating this video to comfort the rest of us.

Every time I watch that scene at 2:20-2:25, I remember from the book that Jamie recalled how every time he has to leave Claire she gives him that long look. Like she’s studying every inch of his face and holding on to it. He said he didn’t care for it much…but he knew exactly why she did it! 💕
