+D'Laurie Petro because it takes so long to film, it's a very difficult show to produce, they can only make 2 episodes in a month and then have a lot of post-production work to do too

Occasionally Sam runs into interviewers who are ill-prepared and say inappropriate things like this guy. But, Sam and Cait always become the adults in the room and answer professionally. Class acts!!

Nah, mostly in the U.S. And his accent had a touch of American that "softened" it a bit. But dialects vary to every region.
