The truth is that season 1 is simply perfect: perfect casting, the beauty of Scotland, sets, costumes, and kilts everywhere. Jamie and Claire fall in love and we do the same with them; two extraordinary characters. Finally, season 1 is also the most faithful to the book. All of this and more make Outlander the best show I could watch.

The most beautiful scene imo is the one when Jamie took Claire to Craigh na Dun instead of Lallybroch. It meant so much for him to bring Claire to Lallybroch he was so excited when he told Claire about his home but he chose to bring her to Craigh na Dun, her home. His love language is so simple but yet touching. Ahhhhhh Jamie set the standard high 💘

Yes, he definitely was but as Jamie said it he didn't consider himself a great catch cause there was a price over his head. No sane lass or her parents for that matter would agree to such a candidate. I'd say what a lucky "fucking bastard" Fraser was ;P. They could also watch and read about Sam Heughan to see how he lives his life doing so much for people. He is a beacon of kindness and do so much charity work. He’s so positive.

Mother’s Grace! Outlander is a unique series! With great chemistry between the leads .The lush greenery and the Fantastic music (especially the theme music Skye Boat Song) that gives life to the entire series! What is disheartening is that the name of the Music Composer has not been mentioned! I wonder why? I hope the production team will quickly look into this matter..

@@random_meta it doesn't change anything, it could be understandable if she was from his same time, but she is not, and a woman from the second half of the 20 century, who is also supposed to be quite modern for even her own time, would never put up with that behavior. The fact that it was "normal"( i repeat that i don't see ian or fergus doing that to jenny or marsali) back then, doesn't mean it was ok , and from a more modern perspective it makes no sense to forgive it.
