You need WhyEm's Red Dead Offline Edition so they can work together. Because they both have a catalog file so it will cause a conflict if you use standard WhyEm's

Why does the enemy npc reacts so slow? On my game they shoot as soon as I draw my weapon. Another banger video btw your aim is so crisp!

Thank you bro! So if we talking about spawned npcs their actions are really random, but they always give a warning before start shooting(need to be spawned as interactable btw, if not they will shoot you instantly). They sometimes just talk like 0:45, or they can aim at you like 2:41. But general npcs in the game I really dont know, cause they are usually aware when you have your weapon drawn (like they tell you to holster it), that kinda thing doesnt happen with spawned npcs (maybe it will if you have bypass checked when spawning them)
