VW BarnDoor Splitscreen Bus || Outlaw Garage

Outlaw Garage head out and catchup with Simon again in Geelong, but this time with his restored VW Barndoor Splitscreen bus. Simon takes us on a tour of this Volkswagen Splitty that he restored and explains all the details behind what makes a VW barndoor bus. Saved from a field and farm as it was being used as a trailer for hay this VW bus has a new life. Simon restored this bus himself with the exception of the engine, this restoration is top quality and a credit to Simon. We've kind of fallen out of love with VW splitscreens recent having had a few issues with our own buses but this Barndoor and the restoration work Simon has done really made us fall back in love with them all over again.
