Something to note about the Snooze option: You can view your Snoozed emails in the "Snooze" folder that Outlook automatically creates for you.

Loving these videos, very resourceful! Question, when you select To Do, how do you go back to Mail? Mine keeps opening a Browser Tab, it doesn't refresh by Web App (Desktop)

Awesome video! I can't find this information but how to add a second email (where you don't get logged out); all folders should be on the left.

Here's what I've found so far but I can't seem to find a way to keep it all in one view where the folders are on the left. This way creates another tab with the other mailbox. I'll keep you posted if I find anything new! Thanks! www3.uwsp.edu/infotech/Pages/Tutorials/Email/Add-an-Additional-Exchange-Account.aspx

Does the outlook web version have an option to drag and drop an email into Calendar, so it creates a calendar event + have the email as an attachment? outlook app has this feature and I have been looking for a workaround on the web version to move completely away from outlook app. Thanks in advance.

Hi there, is there any way to get the Outlook Web to work with excel / VBA? As this was very useful on the regular Outlook App to create emails from excel, etc. Also, how to make intranet hyperlinks work on the web outlook as they don’t seem to work? Thanks!

Hello Guys, thank you for the video. It is beneficial but I'm facing a problem with the Snooze option, as after snoozing the mail I'm not able to find the email as no Snooze Folder is created by Outlook. It would be great if you guys could suggest a solution to my issue.

Outlook web app consumes more RAM than Outlook application. Also, while using Outlook web app, I'm getting less battery life (I'm using Surface Laptop 3 13inch Intel version) when compared to Outlook desktop application.

Hi team! This is Andre from Brazil speaking, great tips and videos, thanks for sharing! I'm very interesting on Exchange Online certification MS-203, how can I get access to Exchange Portal for training purposes without license? I really appreciate your instructions.

You can do a trial for a month for free, but I believe you will need to provide your Credit Card and it will start charging you once it expires. Later if you like you can just pay for one license monthly, less then 25 dollars a month. This will keep the container active, and you can have all the fun working with it. Hope that helps and good luck on your test!

How do you handle to send e.g. a word document directly out from word? In the old days you wnt in word to share -> by email as attached-> then the outlook client opened. How do you do this in the web app? any Ideas?
@axiomtech3627 Жыл бұрын
How you would do this in webmail is you'd clikc Share -> type email in the "To: Blank" -> Type a message in the "Message... Blank" -> Click send. No need to open up the full outlook app. If you want to use the link in the full outlook app, you'd just click the "Copy Link" button instead.

Sync between planner, teams and outlook desktop email notifications is inconsistent. When someone updates a planner task in teams sometimes I get a notification outlook email but won't get an email from a different team.

Hi there do you happen to have tips for a delegate on a mailbox? I am not seeing the same options as a delegate in webmail as I am use to in the app. For example my client would flag an email @sara as the title and I would set up a view where I only saw those emails in his mailbox
@axiomtech36272 жыл бұрын
There are two ways that I have views like this. One is from Rules. You can create a rule to push every email that you are tagged in to a certain folder. Then, you would go to that folder to view those specific emails. Another way to do this in webmail is to use the search bar to your advantage. You can search "@sara" in the bar and it will change the view to only emails with you tagged. I hope this helps you in some way. I'm not sure of a way where you can change your entire mailbox to only see your tagged emails. Maybe someone in the chat does! -Kaleigh

Could you put a time stamp on what your referring to I'm sorry for being a little dense.
@ricdonato43282 жыл бұрын
@@axiomtechnology3004 Learn much from your videos, thank you for sharing. FYI: A much too common mistake "...what your referring to..." It should be you're or you are. Yes, when spoken your and you're sound the same, however when written as in the above post, both your and you're have completely unrelated meanings and usages. That which follows the written word your belongs to the person you're writing to. Hope that helps you and others as well. Cordially.

How can I make a task an appointment on my outlook calendar?
@axiomtech36272 жыл бұрын
Hello! Tasks and Events (appointments) are separate features, so you cannot connect the two. But, you can view your tasks in a "calendar" view when you create them inside a Teams Channel.
@apriltharp10702 жыл бұрын
If you are looking at your calendar, click on the MyDay icon at the top right above the outlook banner (looks like a calendar with a check mark on it). This will open a pane on the right. Select ToDo and your task list. Click and drag a task onto your calendar. It will create an event. Just edit the event to allow you to block off time on your calendar for that task. I even have a category on the calendar for ToDo tasks and mark them as such. Hope this helps.
