Not being allowed to know what time it is seems extremely dangerous to do; how many of the contestants needed to take their medications at the same time every day? I have a loved one that has to take their medicine at pretty precise times of the day multiple times a day, every day, or else they'll have extremely intense seizures, so I hope those contestants were able to know the time for their medicine during filming.

Yeah that was a decision Amazon made to not mention it in the show (yet). But it’s no secret, it was said many times on the 2000 to 1000 video. I guess it is more emotional to say players left with nothing but the truth is you almost never get $0 from a reality show, they at least pay you weekly for your time or in this case a fixed amount plus whatever you win.
