I think it was still in the box exactly 30 days later, which happened to be the exact refund time. The day after, the same laptop went on sale for $1500 and the newest gen came out with no warning and was the exact same price I paid for the laptop. I called and asked them if their was something they could do. Like if I could get the newer gen because I just bought it and I've always bought razer products, they said, no sorry, refund time is up. That was it basically..

When I first got into gaming and computers, I was immediately introduced to razor. I had a razor gaming laptop, razor mouse pad, razor headset, razor mouse, razor keyboard, etc. None of these products held up, and all had to be replaced due to them breaking over time, and keep in mind I take very good care of my products. I’ve now switched to Logitech and build a custom pc, and so far so good. From my experience personally I don’t recommend razor products. I think they’re very overpriced and not built to last. But take that as you will, this is just my personal opinion as a customer who invested into their products.
