@@OutontheRanchwithDrLee-xb4lo Thank you for answering that question. I’ve been so worried with myself. I am currently 21 and I am trying my best to make it into the MLB one day. I’ve had such anxiety if you will for lack of better phrasing over trying to get in while I’m still young if that makes sense. I would also like to go to dental school if the MLB never panned out for me. within that I have been so worried that I’m late to the ball game. I thank you again.

An incredibly moving story, Dr. Lee. When I saw your lead in, I thought it was going to be about your selling your ranch home, as the looky-loos crowd your space. Still more time left in your ranch home. Maybe, one day, a journey to yet another home with wildlife but no madding crowd settling in around you. Maybe no looky-loos and many more episodes from your ranch. Whatever your journey, we are privileged and appreciate your sharing your experiences with us.

That was a lovely tribute to that little house that meant so much to so many in your family. I understand your sentiment at the end. My grandparents had a fresh fruit and veg operation. We had a sorry roadside stand decades ago (I'm Dr. Lee's age). "Windfalls" are a given with fruit. We salvaged what we could for sauce and pies. Yellow jackets loved the pear windfalls. Cleanup was one of my jobs. Amazingly, I never got stung. Apparently, I was the yellow jacket "whisper".

It's really neat how it changed over the years, with each kid, as if it had a personality of its own. I know it saddens you to see it go, but at this point it's just remote rental property. It's good that it provides someone else happiness now, and maybe help their kids through college. Take care and stay cool, Dan Edit: I can't lie, I thought for a minute that you sold the Ranch. Dr Lee that was a wonderful story to hear the history of the family in that beautiful home. ❤ It was such a wise decision to buy that home, it has served you and your family well, with it giving a home for all your children to live in while they studied, you all made so, so many precious memories for the family. It will always hold a special place in your hearts. Selling it is difficult as it feels like letting go of something, but the memories will stay with you all for forever. Sorry you had to paint it because it was too “personalised” and it had to look so sterile, like there wasn’t this amazing family story behind the new paint. But, at least it helped you sell it quickly, as sad as that is. Really looking forward to part 2 ! Love and Blessings to all the family from Australia ❤️🙏🏻❤️

I wish every house came with a memory logbook that you can look back on and see your house and the life it's lead, how it's changed over the years to get to the present owner.

You are an amazing storyteller and this was so timely today. I went by my childhood home today and had all the feels and memories bubble up. Listening to part 1 I felt oddly at peace! You are so wise. Can’t wait until part 2.
