To save weight, increase battery storage and open up room, it’s gonna cost you around $10k. The solution to your problem is lithium batteries, a PowerPole Charge system and upgrading every light to LED. You could upgrade alternators on your outboard as well. Weight savings idea. If you swapped your three 12v 100ah agm trolling motor batteries at 60lbs each for one 36v lithium battery at 59lbs that would be huge. I can’t find a 36v lithium on Amazon but Dakota battery has a 36v 63ah battery 59lbs that would work and eliminate 120lbs onboard. Although you have 100ah batteries you can only use about half (50ah)without damaging the battery so 63ah is actually more capacity. It also charges much faster .
