I would pay the uncorking fee to have my own wine, vs shitty boxed wine. I wouldn't pay it, because they can't get their shit together, to secure a liquor license. I either wouldn't eat there, or I wouldn't drink there. Absolute most I would pay, is $30. $100 is ridiculous.
