One thing you do not seem to realize, is the painfully obvious fact that you are already near maxed out end game. You got there while using the "op" stuff. Of course it won't do that much to you since you are already up there in terms of progress. The outrage is mainly guided by the fact that developers nowadays look at no life youtubers, who spent hundreds of hours in their game and ASSUME their game is too easy, not realizing that 99% of players are just not at the same level. (It is unlikely that they play the game themselves, judging by the randomness and stupidity behind nerfing a pve only 70€ single player game. Game has way bigger issues at this moment than players playing it and farming using fun and powerful builds.

PERFECTLY STATED! Bro and they definetly have been doing slight subtle changes that don’t require a patch, every since I found out they can make balance changes without a patch. I was clearing tier 15’s and I’m usually pretty tanky because of my life leech and damage absorber and golem shots, then all of a sudden I started getting clipped to very little health more often. Then I noticed my life leech wasn’t giving me as much.... I was furious, because I didn’t change my build, I’ve been using the exact same nerfed one because I don’t HAVE BETTER MODS, which is the point of grinding, to get better mods.... bro this nerf pissed me off. It’s a PvE GAME!!!! They’re gonna ruin their game bruhh..... this junk is not fun, then I tried to be respectful and not abuse the 20 legendary glitch, but they decided not to ban or even watermark the cheaters who abused it. Bro I’m so pissed because now I will have to grind those 80+ legendaries my friend got for exploiting that made his builds better than mine for not cheating. That’s so stupid, they should of flagged and watermarked anyone who did it at least like they said so we’d know they aren’t better, they just cheated for the legendary. The only way to do ct15 in any decent time is by killing the enemies as fast as possible, which is why the special ammo skills and all firepower is best, stacking health is pointless and anomaly power is pointless aswell because you cant do things fast if you have to wait for cooldowns all the time.

They do realise or have they forgotten the Technomancer is a distance fighter, using mainly sniper rifles, which have smaller mags than ARs, so this cool down extension is making Sniper rifles, worthless to invest into, basically making only high DPS, and auto weapons the go to end game.

you can build a 70% damage reduction on technomancer and burst Auto Rifles do the most damage currently so no, we are not distance fighters and magazine doesnt matter when you dont ever have to reload.

Because controller deadzone and aim acceleration on outriders go brrrrrr 😂 Try to aim at someone rushing you aaaand, you missed, probably looking at the sky/floor now. Try to take a headshot at someone in front of you? Nope, aim assist bugs out and lock on the chest of the target till you scope out. Wanna try to lower your sens? By the time you turn around an Alpha has already circumnavigated your ass 4 times while other 5 of his family came in late to the party. needless to say that the devs already adressed aiming on controller as something that needs to be fixed on a future update, for now we are stuck with this, r.i.p

@@critec922 Yes I use controller no problems with this game it works just as fine a K/M. Sometimes with K/M it just flips out if to high and if to low it is to slow and many other difficulties. It takes time to get both set up nice. The mouse I tend to have to adjust more often then a controller.

@@MrJeffreyrichards what you are experiencing by going too fast all of a sudden is probably aim acceleration on Mouse and Keyboard. i dont use mnk, nor own a pc, thats why i hope i did not make the right assumptions by claiming that above. That said, man 😂, they really need someone more experienced into the whole aim scenario. If they came up with this crap in 5 or so year of development i doubt they can improve in a few weeks by getting only feedbacks. Trying to stay on target while an elite strifes like in a call of duty game is a bit hard in this condition.

YESSSSS! I noticed it the moment they hot fixed it. I was so pissed because it happened mid game and I died for the first time with 2 op defensive perks golem, and damage absorber. I was so pissed off because now I had to hide in cover and get slower run times just to not die, and played lower challenge tiers until I could get better mods to upscale the damage again..... so I just kill them faster. These devs are dumb, it’s a speed run endgame, why nerf things that ruin speedruns when speed runs are all that this game will be about since it’s how you get higher legendary drop rates. Eventually if they keep doing this crap I’ll just play tier 14-13 and upgrade them to level 15 from all the ez clears since they being stupid with the nerfs bruhh

@@deuceswild6350 Just as a note to clarify just in case, as i do see this misconception going around, while it is a basic skill, yes you will need some pretty hefty things to make it effective in later content. You can use it up to ct10 with just kinda basic changes but to be truly effective you will need quite a few tier 3 mods, as well is Bonus Firepower, close damage, long damage armor pieces with 1 optimal naturally rolled on perk so you can roll the second off for a tier 3. It's not just put on the skill and the one mod that if you some how magically drop it you get a second mag and you are off to the races.

I just got a legendary double gun and ran your techno assault rifle build with it. Its surprisingly good on console. It's very hard to hit crits consistent with a controller but this still melts pretty good. Would recommend trying for console player.

Its just normal scaling. Everyone does numbers like this in challange tier 15. During leveling. Just look out for good blue items and level them up every time possible. Blue items only need leather or iron und you will never be undergeared. Did this with my anomaly devastator. Reached endgame yesterday and breezed to challenge 11 so far. Had a gold time in all my runs with only blue items so far. As example i started out doing like 10k with my earthquake. Now i will hit for around 40 or 50k with the same gear and the same mods. Just 4 tiers higher as before the scaling ramps up even higher every tier.

I've watched since the Division 1 release and I've gotta say your content quality has sky rocketed over the last year or two. One of the few Streamers/Tubers that is straight and to the point with little to no drivel! I disagree with the reasoning behind the nerf. The devs said a lack of class diversity made them pull the trigger. Then look what classes and skill trees are underutilized and buff them instead of taking the fun away from people that want to be as OP as possible. In a PvE game there is never a need to nerf anything. Very stupid decision and this will hurt the playerbase. You would think they learned from the mistakes other games made.

Because they're underutilized because there is a single powerful build making them worthless, not because they themselves are weak. Why invest time to build and grind gear for X build when Y bullets comes with basically no gear requirements and can zerg to end game? THAT was the issue. Other builds are actually very powerful, but take time and gear to get going to be powerful, as intended. Now bullets require gearing to be properly powerful too, which is the point of the game. So many people are just blind to this fact because everyone used bullet builds and then compared other abilites to them, using bullets as the base line. Your baselines are set way, way, way too high because it was WAY too strong: Other abilities aren't worthless, your ability was just overtuned and people need to wake up and see that.

The problem is the bullet builds have been overperforming by a significant margine to the point they need no where near as much investment to outclass the ability based builds. It's not the other builds being weak, it's these bullet centric "rounds" builds that are too strong. People are hitting stupid high numbers with shots that shouldn't be even close to possible. Look at pyros one ability. It can hit like 500k And it one shots weak enemies and kinda hurts tougher ones a bit. That's fair. It's not fair that every shot from a gun is doing that much, cause this cool ability, that is perfectly balanced for where it's at to become obsolete when you can do the same thing on no cd several times a second.

Also there is a reason to nerf in pve. Power creep. Could you buff everyones abilities to do millions of damage to equal the dps of guns, sure. But now you need far less gear to accomplish the maximum endgame. Gear becomes less important, grinding becomes less important, and as a looter shooter that's what matters. So the game quickly becomes stale when everything one shots everything with little effort.

Yeah he has like 5-6 op tier 3 perks in his arsenal from either farming when techno was broken, or doing the legendary glitch that nobody got punished for. No one is doing his damage numbers that just got the game and missed out on the legendary glitch or chose not to do it (me), and have to play with worse builds until we can get lucky and get God rolls. That dude literally has a maxed out build, we don’t have that at all. So going off a KZbinr for how a patch affected people who don’t get to no life a game and get all the legendaries before nerf isn’t how you should base your opinion on how the patch affect the whole player base.

What a joke. In a game that's all about killing things as fast as possible damage is king. All this really did was make the solo scene more difficult. Builds that are more tank or support are still bad, because that doesn't help your team kill and clear faster. Besides infinite rounds are still going to be best. All these mods they kept touting and so many combinations, and 90% are already worthless.

Builds, class difference, and perspective. That's like saying why as a Summoner I need to juggle all these dots and summons while a BLM just casts a few massive spells and chills while equaling my damage. While the BLM might be thinking why do i need to hide and wait for these long cool downs only to then unable to move or dodge or I risk breaking the long cast time for even my most basic damage while that summoner throws on a few quick dots summons a monster to fight for him and then himself just chills while the game does the damage for him. Perspective If those bullets drop Techno has almost nothing to make up for it and their damage suffers. Also with how insane movement is hitting the needed crits to kill fast and not drop your bullets can be quite the hassle versus say DEVA 3 earthquakes(which most likely wont miss), some weapon mod spam while waiting for cool downs(which have guaranteed damage amounts), and then repeat for a good 260+m in CT15 all while being a tanking god unlike Technos which are squishy by necessity to get these damage numbers. Watch the footage again, look how close he is to dying so often. It's a glass cannon. I play Techno and Deva. It really depends for me. If i feel like squishy shooting Techno if i wanna scratch my Tanky Mage itch Deva. I don't like Pyro so he isn't an option for mage.

Their skills aren’t op, and their endgame builds just aren’t doing the damage needed. They shouldn’t of touched techno, they should of buffed devastator and leave trickster alone, trickster is non existent online. I only see techno’s and pyros now after the patch.... they made their game worse. My friends all stop playing now, they were devastators, I told them I would carry them as my maxed techno, but they refuse to play anymore because their build skills suck... and class tree isn’t all that in endgame. He can’t solo crap, and he can’t even farm correctly without me, and when I help him I lose my mags because I have to do extra dps to bosses that he’s lacking to put in because his class sucks balls... and the devs didn’t think to buff anything, just nerf a great solo class in a pve SPEEDRUN ENDGAME

Because the multiplayer patch hasn't been applied yet. That comes out next week sometime, and requires a client patch. The rebalance was all backend stuff, so they could implement it right away in a regular maintenance cycle.

Dude no they didn’t, they went off of youtubers on this one. Console players were struggling aNd only being able to get gold clears from those skills. Now they’re croooshed.... and anyone who didn’t abuse the legendary glitch or get to end game grind while being op (me) has to suffer until we can get better mods and god rolls to be able to get 7/9’s of the damage those op ones had. This game is selling the bad by the devs, it’s pve, why nerf at all? Just buff the horrible classes. It’s based on damage, and speed clears. Who’s gonna go into defense, healing, or skill abilities? They take too long or aren’t viable because the endgame is on speed clears. So you’ll stack damage until you’re literally a class cannon. They talking about how op this guy made techno, but they don’t realize how risky it is, you’re using a sniper which has horrible mags, a glass cannon in order to hit 20% harder, and you have to have good aim to get critistack and other skills to proc, you have to know where the crit spots are on the monsters, and you have to have amazing mods to be able to do what these youtubers are doing. They nerfed too soon, and went off of youtubers, this dude has gotten so many tier 3 perks in his build I didn’t even know where in the game, and he’s saying it’s not that bad. Dude your mods are making up for the nerf because you farmed the op build already and probably legendary glitched. The nerf was uncalled for, and they should of instead buff bleed, or ash, or make a mod where killing shots reduce cooldown time by 15-20% to make anomaly based builds viable instead of nerfing damage builds in a SPEED RUN ENDGAME

Yeah he has like 5-6 op tier 3 perks in his arsenal from either farming when techno was broken, or doing the legendary glitch that nobody got punished for. No one is doing his damage numbers that just got the game and missed out on the legendary glitch or chose not to do it (me), and have to play with worse builds until we can get lucky and get God rolls. That dude literally has a maxed out build, we don’t have that at all. So going off a KZbinr for how a patch affected people who don’t get to no life a game and get all the legendaries before nerf isn’t how you should base your opinion on how the patch affect the whole player base.

No other skills are just trash pyro does negative damage now that they have nerfed its damage to ash status effected enemies. Then the vulnerability nerf on top of it cuts pyro damage in almost half. Techno needs it's tree reworking it's supposed to be a support class yet it has more damage buffs than any other class.

I agree. Blighted rounds will still be decent when this patch goes live. The only time i have problems with ammo replenishment for it is when fighting the minibosses. That said, i also go run up on them when i can to ground slam melee them to freeze them. This gives me 3 different freezes to kill them. Melee cryo turret and the flash freeze that goes out from where you activate it. Usually have no issues killing them while blighted is up as long as i can keep headshotting them

Trickster had crazy dps and more survivability than techno. I've seen tricksters carry a 3 man squad expedition at t15 by themselves. How much time did you even spend on the game if you haven't seen these things?

Well, I am actually glad they nerfed them. If you were to search a build for any of the 4 classes, you couldn't find ONE SINGLE video without a bullet build. Now there are others as well. Let's look at Trickster for instance. There were only assassin builds, now there are reaver ones as well, which personally I enjoy a lot more than assa, so I'm happy they nerfed them a bit.
