It’s a beautiful thing how your dad credits you for your work. It’s what every son wants to hear from his dad. ❤️

This is a wonderful resource. My beautiful 15 year old leather sectional is still in great shape except for a large rip on the back of it that happened while moving. Thinking this would be too big of an undertaking for me.

Love seeing the praise from your Dad, what a duo. How is the Dad doing? For your next tutorial, I would love to see how you folks do a slipcover. I have upholstered for a while now but have Never done a slipcover and I would be interested in how you folks do it.

Thank you for making this video, I am almost to the point where I am going to order the couch video and start my teardown. My only question is my fabric is 54" wide, but my couch is 76 inches wide. Do I have to sew together to make the width fit the back, inside back, and front (no skirt)?

Great instruction! Sofa looks really good. Why do you use the cardboard strip across the top instead of the pli-grip all the way around?

Thanks! Do you know how a saddle arm is made and how to upholster it? Can't find any info or pics on that:(

One additional question to my comment below, Can I run my fabric perpendicular to the width, then I would be able to make it the entire width of my 76" and 96" couches? There is a multi-line pattern in the fabric and if I did this, my cushions, back, and front would have horizontal lines; is this common/ok to do?

I love the neatness and accuracy of your work. Just one small thing. Could you please try and keep the camera still. I was getting quite nauseous. A first for me btw. Also when you're doing work where both hands are needed and are in the way of the camera you need someone else to operate the camera so that we can see your finer detail work. Thank you for doing this. I can upholster but no one is ever too old to learn something new.

@@ucsolutionsgivingmore Do not need the pillow stuffing anymore. I am now going thru a divorce and sold just about everything that I could to get a better life. I am so GLAD that Dad is doing better. You say there is a video about slip covers? Thank you again, Nancy
