When you say "the federation", it would be helpful to know what kind of federation are we talking about? How can they tell you what to do and what not?

likely the FAA (federation aeronautique or whatever) .. international body that governs most of the aero sports including sport parachuting and skydiving .. and since this looks like a legit drop zone plane over public property you might not want to do something they don't want you to do and then posting it on the intertubez.
