I hunted the delta years ago with my cousin and that is about as wild as it gets. The power of the river is unbelievable and some of the most “game for a fight” hogs I’ve ever hunted.

I learned something new today honestly I cooked a lot of gumbos and never not once thought about cooking it in a pressure cooker. I give you props that's smart bc it was many times I couldn't cook a gumbo bc I didn't have time to.

Got worried for your Dogs there for a minute. Sure didn't want to see that Hog drown them dogs. So glad everyone got to go home safe though. Gumbo sure did look good. And I never thought about adding crawfish tails to Potato salad. I do know Momma always added a little mustard to it along with pickles.

In my hometown, West Sumatra, Indonesia, they also hunt pigs using dogs and it is a tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation. I didn't expect that people even do it overseas. we do that only to get rid of pests and not eat them but it's really fun!! Since I was little, I always went with my father to hunt pigs and in my village people use dogs from abroad such as terriers or dobermans
