Maybe I’m just emotional today but I genuinely teared up. The Oxbox and Oxtra crews have been such a regular, reliable part of my life for the past near decade. Having that change is a surprisingly emotional experience. I wish we knew how Oxtra will continue with Ellen as the primary host. But this is a time for celebrations. So farewell Luke! My best personal memory of Luke was that time that I got to race with him on the F Zero 99 livestream. Going by the handle of DrZoidberg, I accidentally crashed him out and became a stream villain 😂 So many presh mems. Can’t wait to see all of the fun content the new channel is going to churn out. Two things: 1. I subscribed to Outside Xtra because of a comment Luke made about the movie Stardust. I was on the fence about subscribing, but that is one of my favorite movies, and him liking it pushed me over the edge. Now I'm a part of this amazing community of people, that I love to spend time with. So thank you Luke. 2. I bought my *Flamingos Never Say Die* t-shirt because I work at a zoo, and one day a fox got into the flamingo exhibit and killed like a quarter of them. At least 25, if I remember correctly. Ordered the shirt the next day because it was too cosmic not too. Just thought that was worth mentioning. Anyway, thank you Luke for all of the good times you've brought to the channel. I need more spontaneous singing in my life. From ".gif it out of context" to "beans, beans, beans, beans beeeeee-eans" this stream really gave me a daily dose of improvised music I didn't know I needed. Already watching Luke's new channel, so he's not "gone" but it's sad we won't see them all together much after this. I reminded my sister that we started sharing these videos at the start of the pandemic--all four years ago, and she freaked out that it had been so long. Andy gets double stars because his uncanny dodge allows him to dodge the first star, taking only half star. We use a homebrew rule to always round down except when taking only 1 point of star, at which point each half star becomes a whole star, and that's how 0.5+0.5= 2
