It’s amazing when you realise that all that Anoushka says is true. Even when I first listened to her 2 years ago and knew I was the empath to a narcissist it’s taken me all this time to come to my senses. I believed I could fix her. I couldn’t.

1st minute in, i was like omg out loud ... this video is the story of my entire love life since leaving school. Makes sense now - being VERY empathic, spiritual & people pleasing -no wonder i kept attracting narcs. & now i understand the dynamics better i see yeah i was so dumb & went back to them multiple times - & btw i am a guy so it's not just women who become victims to this stuff.

The only spirituality in a relationship with a narc is a dark spirituality. Only the Lord Himself can fix these people. Best for you to find Christ, give Him your life and truly start to know who you are, how precious you are to Him and alllow Him to heal you and break the chains of toxicity. Only our Lord of Lords, King of Kings, Christ Jesus has the power to do this!! Give it a shot, I did and I've been walking in freedom for a few years now. I have NO attraction or any empathy for any type of narc today. Christ Jesus is the chain breaker, miracle worker, Light in this dark and fallen world. I pray for all of you who are in this cyclical nightmare.
