Hi, maybe they will be included in a future version. Every meeting during the trip is regulated. For outdoor combat I use the official HeroQuest arena rules

If Mentor's tower is there, it'll be the city of Nuln. Which I suppose is a regional capital within the Empire. But if you're playing homebrew HQ it can be called anything you like

hi, this is a fan-mande work. The capital in this manual does not have a specific name. You can decide its name as Master. You can create what you know is the capital of the empire, or you can imagine a city in another region of the world that is a capital
