There's something about Bernard's French dialect that is very unique...It is not quite Qebec-French and is not quite Eurpean-French...He is awesome though.

in Québec we call it the "accent radio-canadien" (a Radio-Canadian French... from the French CBC radio and TV networks, which sets a kind of standard, free of regional accents and expressions, but still different from European French).
