Whatever the ending is . It just showed the same fate the priestess of Genbu had, she went back to her world, met and married and have her own family. But they’re love to each other with her genbu warrior was eternal until they’re last breath. Coz that’s what really is what supposed to happen, everything happens coz that’s what the book says. They can never break it. Even the 4 Gods cannot grant tHat wish , for them to stay together. That’s why seperated by 2 different worlds, fate will bring them back together 🙏🏻💕 Coz they’re fate is already written in the stars . I still love this anime , what ever the ending is. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️the best so far I’ve ever watched!

author did say she intended t & m end like the other previous witch, separated in each own world til death. but t & m have their own strong will to be together, thus she changed the plot😄

suboshi had died, this time it's death of amiboshi. s used a's body and a asked s to kill him in order to save yui. now all 7 dragon warriors died...

@@maggiecandacetaylor7108 I know, but Suboshi possessed Amiboshi's body to save Yui. I hate Watase Yuu for making Seiryuu team the villains. Like she mercilessly created really bad image of them. Seiryuu represents friendship and spring, but it didn't show at all T__T

@@fujima4kenji author said she likes dragon warriors more than the suzaku ones. there's a strong preference on nagako, apart from ruthless heart, he's more than perfect. even his cruelty is perfectly explained & excused when u go thru his past experience during death. that's why tamahome cried while killing him. dragon side is much stronger, almost any1 of them can easily beat suzaku whole team😓 however, some of them seem evil just because of dirty heart, whereas every1 in suzaku team is extremely kind, nice, loyal.

@@maggiecandacetaylor7108 Watase did say she liked Nakago the most, but she created a whole team of monsters, some of them are ruthless and inhumane. While she created Suzaku team as the super hero, extremely good people. Four of them are busy courting Miaka, even Amiboshi loved her. That's why I prefer Genbu Kaiden, the miko, Takiko is a much better heroine. She can fight, and she prioritizes duty to save people more than her own life and love. And Byakko miko, Suzuno is admirable for choosing to go back to real world and got married with someone else.

@@fujima4kenji it can be seen the author getting mature with time, so the later created witches appear more mature too. don't think 4 busy courting m; nuriko only fell for her very later and he's been hiding it, only told tamahome. hotohori step aside promptly after h came back from yui (recovered from possession after fighting with h. btw if t didn't come back, m already decided to accept h); then h soon married the female version of nuriko. Regarding tasuki, he never loved m more than sister, only later episode when he was possessed by chichiri's evil friend, that he wanted to make m happy instead of tears due to taka. As for amiboshi, author said his feelings for m is not that love, but more of loyal friendship & appreciation, which he never obtained from his own dragon side. btw, vaguely remembered that suzuno didn't marry some1 else; her son was adopted? as it's hard to imagine that after being thru such love with 娄宿 she could possibly accept another man from real world. they've been both waiting alone in each other's world.

@graceangga28 This is the end of OVA 1. There's another OVA called Eikoden. The story is about a school girl fall in love with Taka (reincarnated Tamahome) who became a teacher. Taka and Miaka are married. Then the girl is called inside the book and became the new suzaku no miko. She hate Miaka because she is jealous. Eikoden contained 6 eps. Just search in youtube, you'll find them easily. Hope that help ^^

even though i know what happens because ive seen these before and that i never really liked the OVAs i still cry at the scene when Miaka says goodbye, Tamahome gives Miaka his ring, Miaka says thank you to the warriors and than she has to drop Tamahome's ring. Whenever i watch i always start crying

nope, its not that because her WILL is weak, unlike both yui and miaka, that's why she wad devoured, but when yui summoned genbu at the ova, takiko will disappear, then yui's second wish is to return takiko
