Looks soo delicious! Do you think this would work if I brush oil on top instead of spraying it or would it remove the coating? Keen to try this out sometime this week but won't have the chance to pick up cooking oil spray until next week.

I’ve been making a version of this for years. I call it tofu sticks and I roll it in vegan ranch dressing first then it in Italian bread crumbs mixed with nutritional yeast then like you, I bake them with oil spray and they come out very good. It’s a family favorite
