Oven Roasted Turkey Sub with THANKSGIVING Fixin's 😁

Happy Thanksgiving! I work in the meat business- its THE busiest time of the year. Worked long days Monday to Wed. Did not feel up to doing the whole turkey dinner but wanted taste o thanksgiving . Walmart came through with rotisserie chicken. We got Bob Evans mashed. I made gravy. Son went to trader joes for cranberry sauce and their kung pao brussell sprouts. I got Walmart deli turkey for sandwiches this weekend. Husband and I are both working. We have a new rescue dog. It was nice to play with him today. He was all over the pulled chicken bites to augment his regular dinner. Very grateful for my 30 minute easy T day dinner. Will break out some pumpkin pie and coffee. I will think about your channel when I make us turkey sandwiches tomorrow. Enjoy your weekend!

Rotisserie chicken is awesome for Thanksgiving! I thought about buying Bob Evans. Too late. And I've never heard of or tried Kung Pao brussle sprouts! Rescue dog! Yay! Wishing you a great weekend as well helen!

Great idea, I wish we had done that instead of slaving over a hot stove all day! I sell wine, and this is one our busiest weeks of the year. Glad I'm not the only one that drinks red with turkey. Happy post- Thanksgiving!

I'd never heard of PrimoHoagies until this last week. Tried to pattern it after one of their subs. Like putting the cheese on the bottom but I really liked it!
