What a beautiful clean river Colaz and Crew keep the river free of garbage. Whenever you hae subscribers coming fro abroad let them bring lifejackets for safety measure. You need to rent potable toilets for your guests. Safety is the key, whe you have so many guests you need Tee with numbers to keep a check of people. I agree with you, also have trash bags around the place so that people can put their trash in it. Ensure that everyone have been served before allowing seconds. Yes, the dumplings are nice, but it some people return 2 or three times, whilst others have not been served. This may be hard to do, but delegate someone to that job.

Have a guest book and have all the guests sign in and out to keep up with the amount of guests. As you grew you will be needing, Portable toilet is a good idea. Some chairs and tables, a stand by life guard, life vests. Delegate jobs to each and every members of the team by telling them what their responsibilities are. Have your team wear the same color shirt to identify themselves. Safety is a must. You need a number count. Let the bus and other drivers right down the number of people so at least you know how many people you are feeding.

This is the biggest crowd I have ever seen the team has to cook for, I am happy that they were taken to another area they are loving the river. The sea was too rough especially for the kids i love it, am I invited for a coconut dumpling smile. @@eunicepitt5339 Hello Eunice, I never liked plain dumplings as a teenager even now, I didn't remember coconut dumplings until one day I heard the guy mentioned it. I said to my sister you know I forgot about those things she laugh. She told me of the different things to put in the flour to make dumplings examples, coconut, cornmeal, and something called madongo don't know if that's the correct spelling. That is why I comment about the the dumplings Colaz made I know we do make coconut dumplings I never made it. I wonder who let out the recipe lol, also Eunice was one of my mom's middle name take care.
