So here is my question.. is it still worth getting a ks0 pro? I keep watching the price drop and drop… and I’m worried that the ks0 pro I ordered will just be an expensive space heater if the value keeps dropping.

@@GeoffreyMoran if you just hodl your kaspa for latter, it will play out fine.. be patient and once you hitted the roi, its just alright too.. personaly got the new box.. cause why not.. and ill do the same.. just bet on being patient is my only option

I have used GPU mining for over 10 years.. Insted of mining "much" KAS , I just Brought a nice bag of it sep 2022 Glade it did that.

Great content been watching the channel for a number of year and I find it very informative and it give you the true aspect of miners and what they can and can't do like you said with a lot of these project you need to get in early to beat even or it could be risky. Keep up the great work Tails the CEO is going a great job take it easy and enjoy the weekend.

I bought my ks3m units end of 2023 and might break even if price of Kaspa skyrockets but the hashrate and emissions schedule is bringing down the revenue hard. I wouldn’t dream of trying to enter now but many will. Good luck to them lol

Thanks for the knowledge Vosk. I ordered a ks0Pro from iceriver, been waiting on it since Dec. I may never break even, but I don't care. I just wanted to own my own ASIC miner.

The ks0 for me has been decent. I have 3, usually sitting on nicehash, but with the recent pump, im filling my bag a little more of kas. I still got two ipollos on nicehash as well.. still trying to build out my battery bank to fully support my rigs on solar.. i got enough juice coming in.. just need storage lol..... Not much for long videos but this was a decent one...

I definitely didn’t want to miss out on this, but I didn’t have the power capacity and the money to invest in the bigger miner so I just went for a KS0 Pro. So I can at least collect and hold Kaspa but not spend a fortune on it.

With the incredible rise in the total network hash rate of kaspa, these kaspa ASICS will soon be nothing more than boat anchors. I do NOT recommend anyone buy these. It's too late. Which is unfortunate, because the KS0/KS1 were not outrageously expensive, didnt use a whole lot of power, and WERE profitable, for a short while, last year. But no longer..

My ks0 pro was mining $2/day now it's $1.60/day. I've mined 210 Kaspa this year. Far from breaking even. I wonder if sum of the money that goes into buying a kaspa miner goes into the liquidity of the coin

This "Fireside Chat" style is great. You come across as more mature, believable and serious this way. Don't get me wrong though, I still want the crazy wandering around the farm cracking jokes style too - that style has probably brought in most of your viewers. The main thing that matters though is this - I KNOW that when you say something, it is the truth. Even if someone sponsors a video with you, you will give us the truth as you know it at the time. This genuine honesty that you show us often is what keeps me listening. Keep up the great work Vosk and the VoskCoin team.

Appreciate the logical approach to the data, many videos out there seem to push FOMO still on KAS. Unfortunately, I think its counter intuitive to do so, new miners are going to end up getting hosed. The hashrate, vs its monthly reductions makes the ROI look worse by the day. Beyond that there is still little to no projects or ecosystem for KAS (that I'm aware of). OF course upcoming bullrun, getting listed on Binance or CoinBase could be a decent run in itself. IMO that would be the silver lining here. Its my understanding that mining KAS is the only thing keeping it from 0.00. Not hating I know its been very profitable for many, I would Love to see this on the moon.

Great video! I’ve been doing lots of research on mining lately.. but it really seems like miners are just a better way to collect money from investors, because pretty much every video on mining the purchaser of the miner would have made more money just investing in the coin the amount they paid for the miner, by the time the miners paid itself off it barely makes any additional money… it almost feels a little bit scammy to me

Coins don't create.more coins. Regardless of price action if you have more coins you will likely have good returns. Mine some at X and some at X+. But more.

@@stuart_oneill I have home miners also but buying in depression and holding beats everything. I have done well on a few coins to include KDA but for most part better to take 40k capital and buy when there is blood on the streets

@@stuart_oneill You are missing the point. None of these miners will mine more coins than you could have purchased instead of buying the miners. Back in September for the price of a KS3M, you could have bought over 500,000 Kaspa. That KS3M will never mine 500,000 Kaspa. If you want more coins, just buy Kaspa.

⁠⁠@@RyanMasogcurrent market is around $8k for a ks3m. Which is around 72,000 KAS. KS3m is generating around ~520 KAS a day (obv declining) but that’s around a minimum 140 days (likely more with the emission schedule) to get the same amount of KAS back. Am I missing something?

@@evv6560 Yes you are. If you have been paying attention to the hash rate, it doesn't just stop rising. If you think that in 140 days from now the KS3M will still be yielding 520 KAS per day, it won't. First of all the yield drops 6% automatically per month because of the block reward reduction. Secondly, the hash rate has traditionally risen anywhere from 25% per month to over 50% in a month since the asics have been able to mine it. Just wait until the next big price reduction in miners or the next big pump in the Kaspa price and you will again see the hash rate double in a couple weeks, which means profitability gets cut in half. If you can somehow keep the hash rate here at 140PH for the next 175 days, then you would have the same amount of coins as if you simply purchased the coins instead of the miner.

When Kaspa Hits new highs, WHY WHY did I not buy more ASICS. When BTC hits new highs, all old dusty s-9 Will be fired up! 13 TH/sec?? Now taking delivery of s21 (200 )TH/S!!! The block speed and the parallel blocks create a lightening transaction. This could be game-changing with a wallet like Tangem 2. They say a transaction takes 10 sec. This could allow wider adoption. But who knows.

I make Kaspa transactions daily, it usually takes less than 10 seconds. Usually it's in my wallet before I even have time to open my wallet and check transaction.
