Little more rewarding feeling than seeing a pot come up with feelers hanging out of it everywhere, full of crays. 68 with 56 size was our best pot while I was on deck. (way over on the West Aussie coast) Quite a bit different method and pots over here. out & back to port each day. Square pots, A tipper to bring em on board and a yearly quota instead of dedicated In-season. Used to have 2 seasons per year. Tough work, but once that salt water gets in your blood its impossible to ignore lol.

they are a species of Rock Lobster, but in Australia they are colloquially referred to as crays/crayfish
