I found the original manual. Unfortunately, the only boss name to be found was that of the last boss, Kassandra. On a side note, the enemy aren't aliens, but rather Gamma, a faction seeking to overthrow the Federation and take control of the Alpharos star system for themselves. Kassandra itself is an alien lifeform of a type that Alpharos thought could be harnessed for energy, but they later destroyed the planetoid with all the samples after realizing they'd ultimately devour the system. Gamma caught wind of this, though, and found a sample of what would be named Kassandra, and regrew and enhanced it as a living weapon, the core of their flagship Sabrina...
