That was definitely a beef feast! The private booth was so nice, especially for a romantic night out, and the view was spectacular! I'm so glad you enjoyed yourselves. And, thank you for providing the reservation links in the description. You guys are the best. 💜💜

Hello! I've been watching your videos for a long time. I just want to say, that I really appreciate you. I have a memory disorder, so familiar things like your videos always make me feel better, and like I'm still connected to my life before this happened. This might sound weird, but Satoshi, your slightly crooked tooth always gives me such a warm feeling! It's like a warm, happy feeling I can hold on to, when my life feels out of my own control. I'm so glad I found your channel, and I realize it's NOT a mental health channel, but you guys kind of ARE for me. You give me something to look forward to being able to accomplish one day. Also, Satoshi, you are just so durn cute!!!!!

My maternal grandparents used to make pickled beef tongue with onions (my mom still makes it sometimes, too) and I have always loved it. That was the only way I had ever had it until Mexican restaurants became more common and some served lengua (tongue). I’ve also had a pickled tongue sandwich from a Jewish deli. I haven’t had any Japanese dishes with tongue but I’m sure I would love it.

Wow - just wow! Grew up when you could buy smoked tongue at the deli (sliced meats) counter for sandwiches. Now I can get Mexican lengua (tongue) tacos at food stalls. I've made it at home. Takes two cooks. Once and then you peel off the skin, trim and chop. Then cook again in sauce. Also make a nice soup.

I think I'm with Shinichi on the way to eat wagyu. I like sukiyaki but I think yakiniku is more versatile. The beef tongue looks amazing! and I think the last dish with the three different beef on the plate are probably my favourite.

Easy view of Godzilla in all directions.. I’ve been making the Korean dolsot or crispy-at-the-bottom rice in a sizzling stone bowl bibimbap at home, you can make all the sides yourself, or if u have a good Korean market, you can cheat and get seaweed salad, bean sprout salad, cucumber spiced side, turmeric pickled radish, and make marinated ribeye slices yourself and rice of course. I have chickens and wash a fresh egg for the center, and make a lovely gochujang/mayo sauce. It’s actually quite easy to do at home, and that crispy sizzling rice..wow..all those sides pile in, get hot, each bite is different. I prefer meats to be part of a more complex dish rather than “just steak” or “just a chicken breast” as I get older, but every now and then you can’t beat a really well prepared steak and butter roasted potato..love you guys, always enjoy your videos!

What do they do with the better cuts of Wagu beef, like the steak cuts? Can you get them there and just pay more or do they get sent to the really upscale steak houses? I mean I would prefer a tbone, a sirloin or even a prime rib.
