Ahsoka commenting on Gunray's security might also be another thing. Especially in computer animated media, there are often system limitations that they can't or can't afford to work around to show the story that want the audience to see. So one trick is to have characters tell the audience what they're supposed to be seeing. It's used a lot to imply a sense of scale or numbers that they can't show without bricking or melting their computers. This is one of their earlier episodes, so they may not have been able to put in as many guards as they wanted, so it's possible they combined this trick with the equally common trick of using "elite troops" to imply they're better than their numbers, while also implying subtly that there are more of them than we can see.

the thing with the Senate Guard and it's "elite" Senate Commandos is that they used to be super important and prior to the Clone Wars they were the closest thing the republic had to a standing military and were highly skilled protectors, but over generations the training regiment and recruitment process became more and more relaxed and good old nepotism popped up and it wasn't about being the right person for the job, but rather who you are a descendant of or who you know, so instead of the ranks being filled with the best of the best of Coruscant's police force like how it was in previous generations, it became mostly filled with a bunch of rich guys with connections with no real loyalty to the Republic, which is how it got individuals like Captain Argyus, and over the course of the war a lot of their duties were absorbed by the Coruscant Guard, leaving the Senate Guard largely ceremonial.

The Kaminoans turned a blind eye to Gree's interest in alien cultures as they correctly believed that it was a tactical advantage, which it indeed was as Gree's unit the 41st would frequently establish contact with a variety of aliens loyal to the republic, like the Wookies for example, so Gree's extensive knowledge was helpful for the 41st to complete their assignments while avoiding potentially dishonoring cultural traditions.

12:28 This is the kind of scene Disney Star Wars doesn’t understand. Here Ar guy us (i dunno how you spell his name) kills the two commandos behind him first. If he shoots Gree in the back first, the commandos just obliterate his back, but this way Gree has to turn around to see whats happening and 2 of his 3 enemies are already dead. Disney would have him shoot Gree 10 times in the back while the two commandos just stand there and wait for him to turn around and murder them. Like those 2 stormtroopers in episode 4 of Kenobi recently. It’s refreshing to see a time when Star Wars writers used logic.
