My Mentorship Program
My Mentorship offers help and support for people who want to overcome anxiety, build confidence, achieve their goals, and change their lives.
My Life coaching approach within my mentorship is the following:
✔️Creating a Daily Routine
✔️Goal setting short and long-term goals
✔️Accountability
✔️Monitoring your progress
Here is an example of how a daily routine can look on paper 📝 you can of course tailor your daily routine to what suits you best.
DAILY ROUTINE:
✔️Going to the gym or going for a run
✔️Eating healthy meals / cooking at home
✔️Going to work or creating in your business
✔️Spending time with friends and family
✔️Cleaning your apartment
✔️Relaxing time
✔️Journalling
You can alternate your different tasks according to your weekly schedule.
If you want to achieve your goals or make a positive change in your life, then you need to have a daily routine to build discipline and get into the habit of practising the things you need to practice to make positive progress towards achieving your goals or changing your life.
Overcoming anxiety is a goal in itself. ✔️
Practicing positive habits like going to the gym and eating healthy is also a goal. ✔️
Setting goals is brilliant for your mental health and confidence. ☑️
This is simple, it’s not complicated once you get into the habit of practising it daily.
Having a daily routine is not only helpful for changing your life but it’s also a great tool to help you to enjoy your life more without overthinking.
