This is me and you describe this better that I can :) Sometimes I feel like no one understands me how I am and think they know me well but they are not sure who they are either. They are trying to judge you and avoid you because you feel yourself much better in your shoes and have confidence and even they hate your positive energy and they need years to get to your level and your strong personality. They think you are an arrogant and cocky but they are like that and judging you for nothing because you are usually a moderate guy who wants to help others and love all people regardless their culture or intellect and also like to keep some things for himself. You are way above the average people and you still don't have to show them that and demonstrate others who you really are. You don't need other people's approval and know exactly who you are. And also you have to come here and express yourself because in reality some people can't relate to your thoughts and think you are a weird person and too sensitive. Sometimes after a small talk with this kind of people I have to smile because I feel they want to be in my place but they can't do that even if I want to help them. If they are reading this they think you are overreacting because they think you are not like that and only want to copy others. Who can relate to these ideas I am feeling right now?

I know my personality scares people it's been that way my whole life. Which leads to people ganging up on me to fight or just talk me to death about how I should be ashamed for whatever reason they see fit. Which was a problem as a teen. Now as a grown man you can't pay people to test me. They may start out with it strong but they soon crumble under my pressure.

I would like to point out the reason why strong personality people don't like small talk and it's because the other person starting the small talk cares nothing about the conversation to begin with, they are just using it for their own entertainment, so basically them starting a small talk conversation translates to a fake conversation because the other person doesn't really care for it, I only have to wear a mask at work though because that is where there are a lot of sheep and if you prove you are different, everyone looks at you like your in the movie attack of the body snatches and your the people in the movie while they are the monsters all being the same

palash chandan I have those too... like one minutes I'm the king, the next minute I'm throwing furniture around cuz I can't find my wallet 😂😂😂 Focus on the good things and when your focus is too frustrating to maintain go for a walk or run to let it out. Listen to the wind, the trees, the birds, notice squirrels and insects and study their behaviour for a bit. A certain peace will come over you and your focus will return. Use that focus to concentrate on... *insert Tim's advice here *

How I deal with it is I take a minute to appreciate the things I've got. For example, when I am frustrated at work and want to just speak my mind and leave with a bang, I think to myself. Take a breath in. Where was I before I had this? How much has this changed my life? And can I continue without it? Usually after taking some time to think things through I learn to appreciate the things I have and realize that it was just my emotions getting the best of me. Hope this helps.

Yea well for me being myself at the last job I had,they said I needed to talk to a therapist cause I had something wrong with me and I had asked the manager and he wasn't able to tell me what it was, he just said it was for me to figure out, the whole thing sounded like an excuse to fire me because they were cutting my hours, so at every work place I have to wear a mask unless I can find other outcasts like me because that's what we all are, hence why most movies have people with weak personalities cause there are more weak people in this world than there are strong people

We truly don't care, because the feeling is mutual. I am polite and TOLERATE the majority of the population. I don't care what stores you went to, I don't care what you had for dinner, I don't care that little Timmy is constipated. I really don't. I also don't tell people things like that about my life. If it isn't important I'd prefer you find someone else to tell these things to. Some people like to talk just to be talking, it's irritating and a time waster to me. I just let the people babble to each other about nonsense and get on with my life. I do need to mention that most things I am interested in talking about the majority could care less about. It's a mutual dislike, there's nothing wrong with that, and I do like people. Just not enough to tolerate their neediness and insecurities on a regular basis that a real friendship would require. I am amazed. You described me to the teeth. People hate me especially that I am a 4'6" females that look like a teen at 44 years of age. Insecurities people try to bullied, ganged up, manipulate and all sort of things to me cause they can't stand my confidence level, happiness, my actions and success somehow intimidating to these people. I am tired of these petty things that people do that wasted my time and slow down my progress. Even though it not easy but I will continue to do what I must to get to where I wanted to be regardless what people throwing at me.

Absolutely me !!!. No wonder I like to watch comedy TV shows at night. Anything that makes me laugh. I RECHARGE myself from ‘fire-fighting’ all those problems at work. Release the tension. Every once in awhile it doesn't bother me to do with small talk you know it's it's freaking the ice on talking communication about where they're at as far as like what they would discuss in a conversation and also when I say what I think or feel at times and it's not being reciprocated of understanding of where I'm coming from I don't really trust someone much anymore if it's only communicating with only with KZbin content then there's nothing personally there then if it's not communicating I'm just saying if somebody was expecting it to be a relationship how would it be a relationship if it's only on an app I'm not doing any a relationship like that that's another thing that gets on my nerves and whoever that is stop screwing with my keyboard and if somebody is just doing all that just to get a reaction out of me you know I can understand to do with rejection but at the same time how can I reject someone or something if there wasn't anything personally there so I cannot be expected to give that kind of attention to someone if it's not a relationship offline. So whoever to do with that on advice to say that someone's behavior is the reason to keep you single now if you're just going off the basis of influencing off of Just KZbin content then oh my goodness no offense I don't mind KZbin content on advice or whatever but being convinced if it's going to proceed to be that way then only friends and it's just friends friendship that's okay if it's not romantically or intimately involved then so whoever you know using that content if she's ignoring you this ignoring you that you've got to be kidding me why on Earth would you just go off the basis of the influence of the content I'm not saying the content isn't good I'm simply saying if it doesn't and nothing comes about it then you're not pursuing me not serious about it but I love to engage in things that you know relatable and common know it's not like I'm you know Miss know-it-all it's nothing to do with that. I do appreciate the friendly content from influencers

WOW...! THIS SOUNDS SO MUCH LIKE ME...!!! Someone told me at work, " I don't know if I want to run to you ,or run from you" now why they said that to me. I love cowboy movies and Samurai movies. But in both cases there is no second place for winter either you win or you lose. I've always been the kind of guy that either... find a way or makes a way. I Love it.!!!!!!

I mostly relate! I am not moody even though people think I am. I am just open with my emotions. When a pet peeve is triggered, I get upset. I am very emphatic so I can become sad easily as well as happy to celebrate. I also have RBF and when I am busy people think I am upset. So the moody does not match. Also, I can get stuck when I am afraid. I have to plan things and when I cannot see those plans clearly, I get stuck. However the rest of the list does. I always thought some of this was because I am an introvert or something was wrong with me. Not because I have a strong personality. This helped me to feel better.

Really good tips. There's so many people who change just to be liked or scared to stand up for people or themselves. And when a strong personality stands up or says how they feel, they get intimidated or pat you on the back. You'll always have haters or people who love you. I agree with the video, don't change. You're you for a reason. 😊
