Thankyou for this video, I am in a state of absolute shame, sadness, guilt, I feel so embarrassed that I have messed up so badly financially, I have not filed chapter 13 bankruptcy yet, but I will have to soon. I am being sued by a large credit card company for 12,000, I feel lost and alone, I just don't know what to do, can you or anyone in the community give me advice ASAP, thank you all.
